Great little trailer, had brand new tires with great tread. Should come with a safety pin for the latch though. Obviously out of this dealers hand, nothing to do with the location. None of the trailers come with them apparently. Had to use an exhaust valve from an engine and an old pin to make sure it wouldn’t come off the ball. Seems like a huge liability issue if anything were to happen. Great experience, great drive, just hope the company itself considers latch pins for the future. Not a big deal until it is. The place I got it from was lovely. Very kind staff, very helpful and even gave great tips for the drive. 100% would go back if ever needed. Also if you’re lucky you get to meet the assistant (office kitty). Will likely be sleeping on a chair as you enter but still a highlight to your visit. Thank you!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was very clean and ran well, but there were issues: it had less than three-quarters of a tank of gas, and even though I filled it to more than three-quarters, I was still charged. I asked for a dual-rear-wheel truck (with two rear tires) but was given one with four; I was told this upgrade would be free since the other wasn't available, yet I was charged for it. I also went from 20 to 22 miles and was charged an extra $20.
