How U-Haul Reviews WorkI went to pick up the trailer, but I never saw the person I was talking to in person. I had to wait for someone to show up to take my drivers license and credit card. I was not given paperwork, but I did receive an email of the paperwork. The left tire on the trailer was bad with a bulge in the tire that got progressively worse after being on the road for three hours. I had to call U-Haul roadside assistance to have a new tire put on.

TIM FWas very tight to back up trailer. It was on an incline and had to find wheel chocks. Stone and a tire. Trailer started rolling when released from truck
John SCould be better staffed. We had to walk premises as they were not in office. Took 20 minutes to find someone. Then took another 15-20 minutes waiting for a call back from the guy who was supposed to check out equipment.
