The location/truck were fine. However I have two major complaints about this rental. First of all, I ended up spending almost $500 on a rental for three days which is way more than it should cost for an in-town rental. I will not be renting with u-haul again. In addition, the truck was not full on gas when I picked it up. I ended up having to try and guess what would get it back to the original starting fuel level, and to no surprise I over-shot. Trucks should be full on fuel so that I don’t have to play that game.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off the trailer after-hours. I used the U-Haul app to do the return. One suggestion for an enhancement to the app would be to allow the app to upload pictures I had already taken. It was raining very much during my drop-off, so while unhitching the trailer I took pics from every angle, as well as a video. Then I got back in my truck to do the return in the app. It wouldn't let me upload the pics, so I had to get back out in the rain and use the app to take new pics. That was lame.
