I think your app is actually terrible. I don’t know if this will go to Uhaul or the people at this location but I hope it can somehow go to big Uhaul and make a change. It’s terribly constructed and incredibly frustrating to navigate. If you know about moving you know it’s already a stressful and frustrating process. I urge you to work on the app and figure out a better interface that works more smoothly and is way more straightforward. That way you can make everyone’s moving experience a little bit easier and grow your customers and overall wealth. It would be a win-win for both you and the customer, making it a net positive on this world.

The customer app used at trailer pickup time, to record condition of trailer, would not upload pictures. Very frustrating...
William CI was delighted with the service at this site. The staff was very friendly, helpful and thorough. The location (yard) was a bit tricky the access, and the trailer, while it worked perfectly for us, showed signs of previous damage. I will happily rent there again!
