connie bI got overcharged, when I booked it, it was 1,150 and when I got there I got charged 1,250. Then I was supposed to do a load share program where we pick up a trailer on the way and drop it off. We agreed on $350. After arriving to the pick up location and waiting 90 minutes they cancelled it on me and then went back to charging full price of the overcharged price.
Adam DI had no interaction with staff as I dropped off after hours. Location was easy to find and the app made it very easy to check out.
