How U-Haul Reviews WorkI honestly can't rate this location because it was closed when I returned the truck (a Sunday).
Bill TThe customer service is excellent. Zack at the 2302 N Bryant BLVD location went above and beyond to get me a moving truck. Zack answered all of my questions and provided expert advice. I cannot thank Zack and U-Haul enough to make this difficult move a lot easier. Thank you Zack.
Joseph MThe man that helped was super nice and very friendly something we are not used to being from El Paso Tx. He hooked it up for us tested our lights and was very professional and friendly. The only thing was that I was supposed to be given a discount for military/law enforcement and it wasn’t applied.
EDGAR FTheir was no one around to check in the truck. Had to use the app
