Everything about my pickup was extremely confusing and I am so upset.

phuc kAbsolutely awful customer service. I get it, it's a gym - but coming over and rushing us to find our vehicle and then leaving immediately after, that was unprofessional. There was a U-Haul employee on site, I'm assuming checking the equipment and vehicles, but if they weren't there we would've had no one to ask about our dolly. I had questions that couldn't be answered since the U-Haul rep was not there to check us in and the Pit Stop employee left immediately. Awful experiences.
