Mobile pickup was a disaster. It wouldn’t work nor register pictures
NATALIA FThe latch on the back door of the trailer was broken. It would close and the lock would engage. However, there was a missing piece on the far right side where clearly the bolts were broken off and the metal piece was completely missing. Therefore, there was not way to put a padlock on this whatsoever. Therefore, we ended up zip tying this lever so that it did not open during our drive from bouncing. The zip tie worked and we had no issues, but this trailer needs to be repaired prior to renting it again. Without the zip tie, I would be concerned about the bouncing making this lever latch allowing the back door to spring open while driving. Everything else was good. Everything else on the trailer worked properly and the Uhaul man was very helpful.
