It was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone working in this location. I had technical difficulty retrieving the keys that led to a significant reduction in time. 45 minutes was what it took me to finally get my keys. This location is not only unresponsive but is also the one that has taken me the longest to understand their system is outdated and requires proof of employment and also two people to verify you that was extremely frustrating since I do not want to bother someone and let them know my business that I am renting a U-Haul. I will never be using the service again due to this lack of professionalism.

Kristi SUhaul over charge first the truck I rented said $124.00 and I ended paying $158.40 x two,not only one time, but 2 times why they said one price then charge you a deferent higher price I definitely not renting from them again I rather go with someone else
