How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was hard to spot from the road. Staff did not help at all. Did not seem to know what to do and basically told me to figure out self serve. I paid a lot of money to just do the work myself. Also annoyed that UHaul moved my drop off from where I reserved. I guess UHaul doesn’t know how manage the reservation of pick up or drop off locations.
