Location was hard to spot from the road. Staff did not help at all. Did not seem to know what to do and basically told me to figure out self serve. I paid a lot of money to just do the work myself. Also annoyed that UHaul moved my drop off from where I reserved. I guess UHaul doesn’t know how manage the reservation of pick up or drop off locations.

David AI rented the truck and returned it the same day with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up—about 1/4 of a tank. I drove only 22 miles and added 3 gallons of gas before returning the truck, which should have been more than enough to cover the 22 miles. To my surprise, they claimed that I returned the truck with only 1/8 of a tank and charged me an additional $55 for fuel. I contacted them and provided pictures proving that the truck was returned with the same fuel level as when I picked it up, but they refused to refund the charge. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with how this was handled, and I don’t think I ever use their services again.
