You rented me a truck with no air conditioner on the hottest day of the year! The truck was battered to hell, but that didn't bother me, the fact that an important part of the trick was just entirely nonfunctional was enraging.

More information is needed when scheduling a pick up after hours. If i would of known that I needed someone to verify me I would of picked the truck up during regular business hours. Customer service sucks on the uhaul side this was more frustrating then it needed to be
DAYTON MHarry helped us and was great. However, there was no Jack available to help remove the 12ft trailer. It was near impossible to get off with both Harry and my husband pulling up on the hitch. If it had been myself there is no way we could have gotten it off. They need a Jack to help with that and Harry said the one they have is broken and has been broken for a while.
