The trunk door is so dangerous that it does not stay on when opened it. It just goes down and not latching when opening it all the way. It almost fell on me good think I was able to get out.

The check out was on-line, but the man there was very helpful in getting the truck and the blankets. The check-in was with the man on site and very easy. The truck was barely over half full of gas when I picked it up and in the 8 miles to my house, it went below half. I filled it for my 134 mile round trip, and then used less than 1/4 tank!

MIGUEL RNo one was there when i arrived at 4 pm on a Friday (business hours). I had an issue with my rental’s initial mileage being wrong and was on hold for 1 hour with customer support. When they answered they said the attendant was on the way back and he didn’t come for another hour. It should not take 2 hours to drop off my rental during business hours even with a minor hiccup/mistake.
Quintin MNobody was there at the 1st location, also nobody answered the MSN and calls for help.
