I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location. Staff was not friendly, nor did they take any time to explain basic information about my rental, such as the return process or cost breakdown. I had to take initiative to ask questions after their dismissive response. I will not be back.

IOARIO VExcellent service!!! Friendly and efficient. I was in and out quickly and the return was just as easy. We tried renting from the Uhaul on SR Ave and after waiting 30 minutes in line they rented my reserved truck to the people in line ahead of me. We will definitely go back to The Rental Place for our next rental need. Thank you.
