The uhaul representative was asking personal bank questions which made me feel uncomfortable and when returning the truck they asked me to fill up more fuel then I already did cause the needle was off when I have a photo of the before and it was the same.

Juma KThey charged me $50 cleaning fee for removing a few bottles. I went back within 5 minutes to say I can remove them but they said that they are booked back to back (even though I had rented it the previous day in the evening and was returning in the morning). Extremely poor customer service but I am learning how Uhaul doesn’t care unfortunately
