Office was hard to find. Office is located across the street from the equipment storage area. The storage are was hard to get out of due to a small parking lot with Motel guests taking up most of the area. I was not asked to provide Drivers License or to list who would be driving the equipment.

TIMOTHY BYour drop off procedure is too much. Five photos of the trailer is fine but why do you need a photo of the address the trailer was left at? You gave me the address so you should be able to direct the next person there. You also need to remove the location in David City NE that is no longer in business.
