When I went to pick up the trailer there was no storefront it sits in front of a hotel that looks like it's ran by a bunch of druglords!! And then I got a call from the Dispatch lady that was very rude to me and hung up the phone on me for driving away without filling out paperwork. I drove away after I sat there for five minutes and called U-Haul and was put on hold so that's why drove away. I would recommend finding somebody else in that town to sell your trailers.

My experience was horrible with U-Haul rental ..... my profile was not active and I was told by customer service to download something which my phone could not do !! Keys were not with the vehicle ! Vehicle was parked across the street I had no idea who parked it there ! After an hour and a half of trouble someone brought the keys

No signage or directions to get truck. Office and keys inside a motel. Agent charged me for safe move without asking me.

Owner was not on site and also did not check in the uhual and I was accused of not dropping the uhaul off by the corporate office.

The poor guy was very nice but needs some training on how to hook up trailer. Plus trailer was dirty inside then he tried to give me back twenty instead of the $31.17 he owed me when I turned it in. Maybe it was a mistake but I called him out on it and he gave me the correct change. Will be needing a trailer again soon but plan on different location or different company.

I went to the uhaul on south ave in boardman ohio 2 weeks prior to my move and was told no reservation was required and the cost was $82 to rent the trailer and to come in the day before. I went 4 days prior to my move and was told the price was $146 due to price and demand. The same girl waited on me both times that I was there. I told her she gave me a price of $82 2 weeks ago. I had to argue with her before she finally gave me the price she originally quoted me. I was to go into the south ave boardman, ohio location to pickup the trailer the next day. She called me and I had to pick the trailer up in Struthers, Ohio. This was a last minute change. After I picked up the trailer I had a voice mail that I had to drop the trailer off at a different location that I was originally going to drop off. Good thing I was still at home when I received this message. I feel there was alot of confusion and extra driving I had to do for pick up and return.

Don't send anyone to your 5810 poland struthers road location in poland,ohio. The gentlemen there are very rude. You should remove them as vendors for uhaul
