The gentleman at Elliott Auto was very helpful in renting a 20 foot truck. He was able to answer all of my questions, was very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Elliott Auto for renting a U-Haul!
SUSAN SThe app had some difficulty processing the return. It should be reviewed so steps do not need to be repeated multiple times in order to return the vehicle.
GABRIEL JIt would have been nice if someone had called and told me out pick up location was changed to another town. Also they did not have the dolly I had reserved or the moving blankets. I don’t blame the specific location but Uhaul should do better to provide what was reserved.
Matt CThe uhaul on the inside was filthy covered in mud. The box part was filthy we had to blow it out before we could start loading it. The vehicle had a lot of damage not marked with the stickers. My husband walked around with the man trying to mark all the dents and dings so we didn't get blamed. The drivers side door was broke and would barely stay shut.
