The only thing I will say I paid for hand trucks and i they wasn't even available nor did I get my money back . So check before completion.

Even though the hours for the store were 12 to 5 nobody was there to help. The location is a little sketchy.
Rob INot have the trailer covered in grass. Make sure all the parts are on the trailer.
Zachary JWe completed our drop-off using the app, as the location was not open. When I selected this location it stated that they would be open on Sunday for the drop-off. It was no problem as we did take photos within the Uhaul app and dropped the trailer off in an empty spot at the location. I would have felt a little more comfortable being able to confirm that everything was ok with the staff, but overall I am not displeased with the process.
