I don't like that during my reservation process, i was told my drop off would be in omaha, only to find out i needed to go to sergeant bluff iowa. these locations are not close and i feel very misled about that.

Lazarus ZThe key drop off box wasn't locked. There were homeless people sitting by all over and when I went in the business to ask for help no one knew anything about the uhauls. The app wouldn't accept any of my photos to upload. Very frustrating return process.
