The original pick up was in Salem, IN but they didn’t have a truck I was supposed to pick up. This is the second time in less than 3 months the Salem location scheduled a pick up but on day of they had nothing to offer me. This location in Seymour went above and beyond.

It was quick and easy to schedule. Luedeman Auto was great to work with. I had to make a few changes to truck and schedule and they were great to work with. Will definitely recommend UHaul and Luedeman Auto.

EPI RLuedeman Auto is great. Love their staff. The U-Haul app is a nightmare. As a military spouse and an IT professional, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental app. It kept crashing on both check in and out.
Lillie BI feel like I was grossly over charged. Well over $300 for a 10' which is supposed to be $19.95 with some fees. But what I was charged is absolutely disgusting. Truck wasn't dirty when returned and there was more gas was higher than when we got it.
