The location was fine but the online reservation process was horrible. We selected locations online for pickup and dropoff. A couple of days before our trip, I was informed that our pickup location changed. That was fine, but when we arrived there the store was closed. Had to call uhaul and the agent had no idea why we were directed there. After a few minutes she found an open location for us but it was 20 minutes away, which put us way behind schedule. We selected a return location in another town near our home when we made the initial reservation, but during our pickup we were told to call a number to schedule our location for return. It was as if the reservation we made was useless! We called the number and after speaking with 2 different agents for about 15 minutes we finally made reasonable return arrangements. Uhaul needs major help with their online scheduling!
