I (I am 55 years old and I hardly ever leave reviews but Dan and this place deserves 5-10 minutes out of my day) 2 days ago July 25th, 2026 I had to fly from Tennessee to help my mom move from one part of Charlotte, NC to another part of Charlotte (an hour away). 1 day before the rental I was double-checking on this move for my mom so I called the U-haul on East Marion Street and he QUICKLY adjusted my previous reservation at the last minute. (I I didn't know that my previous moving reservation didn't have all of the equipment that me and my brother-in-laws needed) Dan will not leave you stranded. He was in constant communication with me this previous weekend.
