When we pulled away from our house, one tire on the Transport trailer required air. Stopped at a BP FOR AIR, only to get 30psi in it due to poor air equipment, both straps holding the car we’re broken.added a ratchet strap and proceeded on.to out destination.
Garry FThe truck share program was extremely frustrating. 1. I was after the pick up time so the pick truck option was gone from the app (is anyone on time when moving?). First chat out reach 2. Finally got through app check in. Would have much preferred to do that before arrival when not standing in 90 degree heat. Why not prompt that as soon as rental is confirmed? 3. The lock box code was “SENT” so the screen said component code sent. I kept waiting to receive it. Only after calling did we figure out the code itself was SENT not that I should expecting to receive it. This is an idiotic word to use for the code. 4. I feel like I basically became a U-Haul employee with all the pictures I was asked to take before and after return. Also half the pictures can’t be taken because the units are parked so close together. Concept is great but currently the PowerPoint all the executives agreed to is prettier than the reality.
