How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am annoyed with the fuel situation. With gas prices how they are and the fact that you have to attempt to bring it back without it being a full truck is a headache. It means I waste money on fuel to make sure Uhaul does not upcharge. Aggravating. The facility staff and everything else was outstanding.

Diana WChange your business model. I should be speaking with a UHaul representative who will show me the truck and do a walk around. Your customers, who are paying a significant amount of money, should not be responsible for taking pictures to ensure mileage, cleanliness, or no damage.
