We had to rouse the residents of the home because the retrieval of the key code did not work and the truck was also blocked in by another and needed to be moved in order to get the truck out of the lock. This put us 30 minutes behind schedule. Also, the gas tank was only 1/2 full. I thought it was supposed to be topped off when the truck was returned? Therefore, I only put a few gallons of gas back in it upon returning.I do have a photo showing odometer reading and fuel tank reading upon pickup, even though it wasn´t asked for upon pickup.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was not the size I requested and the truck I received was a mess. It was very dirty. The ramp to take things in and out was caked with dried mud that took 45 minutes to get cleaned off before we could load anything. Also, the exhaust system basically did not exist. The hole-or-no-muffler was so loud that people were staring, and it was so loud inside the truck that I could not hear anything. This truck needs some major maintenance or to be taken out of service.
