I reserved this truck online to be picked up in Lake Stevens, but, I had to pick it up in Snohomish when I picked up the truck. It was half full so, before leaving town I have to fill up. Super inconvenient and, a waste of time.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was changed from local Clock Tower location to wayyy out in rural Snohomish which caused my mileage to go over the allotment, charging me more.
Cindy HStaff didn’t seem friendly or helpful. Upon return kept getting asked for photo of mileage and fuel gauge. Didn’t seem to understand that that info was input into the app.
