This location was dang near impossible to find. There was no one at this location and where Google Maps tell you to go through there was building. Overall very irritating. After a long day of moving and then having to figure out where to put the trailer so I didn’t get charged more was absolutely frustrating.

They have nothing g yo do with this either they are clueless. You have to do the return on the app. If you aren't app friendly you're screwed.

Trudy HThis is a side business for ballast gym, the young girl was not familiar with all aspects of rental, she asked me for a drop off location so I went online and found an address near my new address, that was chamged without my knowledge by someone else so when I dropped off the truck at the wrong address I was charged a wrong location fee. I would like that returned to me. Also my original rental in Eugene Or. was given to someone else by mistake and I had to drive 100 miles to get the truck from South Beach Or. at Ballast Gym with no recompense for time or expenses. So I am not a happy person.
