1-.It was very difficult getting the truck because of problems opening the lock to access the keys. This process took close to 2 hours. 2- Truck was on Empty re: gas struggle to get to gas station. 3-Emergencyv Brake did release

kim MWe were suppose to pick up this truck in middletown Ny but the truck was never returned. There was terrible cell phone service there so our app would not work to load pictures of dented and dirty truck .
Gerald RDidnt have dollies we reserved. Some blankets not folded and dirty. Location in the middle of nowhere 45 minutes from reservation location.
Matthew BOn picking up the truck, it was found with the door open, lights switched to the on position, and with a dead battery. There was also a dead bat (yes, the animal with wings) smooshed in the opening of the hood. I called the contact information for the person who confirmed my pick up but there was no answer. Because it was the only truck there, and I had no other option but to have a truck, I jumped it with my personal cables and disposed of the bat. Everything else with the truck was fine.
