The operator at this facility told another UHaul customer and me that we would both have to wait 15-20 minutes after our appointment times before we would be helped because his “gas station customers come first”. Furthermore, I was scheduled to return the trailer at 10:00AM, but the facility operator didn’t arrive to open until almost 10:15am. I wanted documentation that I returned the trailer and was told I would “receive it by email when he gets caught up”. On the plus side I did receive confirmation about 20 minutes later. Also the trailer worked well and was in good condition. I probably would not rent there again if the size trailer Im renting is available at another near by facility.
