Truck had a broken mirror, lower passenger side mirror. He didn’t have one and thought it was ok to use as is. Delayed our move by 2 hours to locate one the next day.
Diane HTruck was fine other than an issue with the gas pump intake part. When trying to fill the tank the gas nozzle could not go all the way into the truck or else it would not fill. Had to hold the nozzle slightly outside of the tank and slowly fill it so it could take the gas. The truck was also empty when we got it. The guy at the location was super helpful with getting us checked in and getting the keys.
Isabella CThere was a leak in your truck which caused water to get in and ruin an expensive wingback chair a box full of clothes and two toddler mattresses. I am not happy I call to discuss someone was supposed to call me back and they never did. I am very unhappy with UHAUL in general.
