DAVID AI went to pick up the trailer that I reserved about 2 months ago and I went to the address I was given by U-Haul. When I arrived at the location Rubio Premier Motors, the service could not have been worse. The woman at the counter was rude and not helpful at all. I called Rubio Premier Motors the week before to verify my reservations and I spoke to the same woman who informed me the trailer was at the location. I said would you like my reservation number? She replied no the trailer is here. On the day of pick up I went to Rubio Premier Motors and of course the trailer was not there. The woman expected me to know the rules of U-Haul like I was a U-Haul employee. I would never rent a U-Haul from that location ever. I was directed to go to another location to pick up the trailer in Southampton and I will say the staff at the Southampton location were very nice and helpful. My drop off location in Whitehall NY was also very helpful. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THE RUBIO PREMIER MOTORS LOCATION AGAIN.
