How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a difficult time using the portal because the WiFi was very weak and spotty. I had to call the customer service number to help me with the reservation and once I was able to get the key and the vehicle, everything was perfect. No problems with the vehicle. Very clean and drove well without any problems. Thank you.
Geeta MVery GOOD service, I will use it again. Thanks
SOPAN SThe truck has very good power
Efren JCargo area of van not swept out and had debris from prior move. Had to reverse van 50 yards down a muddy road in order access highway. Vans kept at end of muddy narrow lane with various hazards.
