How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe virtual check in/out process was abysmal. Your website and app are equally terrible and the only reason we even got underway with our truck was because there was somebody onsite who was familiar with the absurdity of the process. Complete fail on U-Haul’s part, zero culpability on the contractors end.
Micah MThe employees were super friendly but parking space was very limited. We parked the truck along the road and walked a short distance to get to their office.
MIchele DI found out 5' by 8' enclosed trailers have an access point to lock the trailer on the hitch. I asked the person if I could and he sold me an item that doesn't ensure that the hitch was locked onto the trailer. We traveled a lot and stayed at hotels/motels where I didn't want to unload the trailer every night. So I seen these little peep hole on the trailer, stuck a pin in it, and it actually locked the hitch on to the ball. Anyway everything worked out great.
