This drop off location was also very helpful. No issues. However, this was not the drop location initially. I had a drop in Newland, NC, which is where I went to an it was much more convenient that having to drive 20 miles in the mountains to Spruce Pine, NC. We were told by U-haul and the Newland drop off location we were in the system and nothing else needed to be done on our part. After a day of unloading, we went to the Newland location and was told we could not drop there and had to go to Spruce Pine. Argument go heated with the owner and my son and almost escalated into a mess. But I go him out of there and we drove to Spruce Pine. Newland location was terrible. Poor customer service and no help at all. I would never recommend or use in the future. They need to be replace. The location was Green River Auto Sales.
