Previous customer left a couple of things in the truck and hadn't swept it out, but it wasn't a big deal. It was a big deal that the furniture dolly that we paid to rent was not available - in fact, the person at the location said that they don't have them at that location, yet the website offered it. We were relying on that dolly and not having it made our move a bit more difficult for us. And, of course, they weren't able to refund me at the rental location; I have to call Uhaul. The location was very convenient for us and even more so because there's a gas station at the location making it very easy to fill up the truck after our rental.
Michael CThe roll up door was in disrepair and wouldn’t close. Managed to get it operational but was a struggle. All other aspects of the experience went smoothly. Also a few items were left in the cargo area when I picked it up.
BRYAN MDon’t charge your customers 44 cents for 4 tenths of a mile overage. Beyond Stupid.
