I was disappointed that I had to go out of my way to pick up my rental. I made the reservation on line thinking it would be easier. In the past U-Haul would bring a truck in from another location.

Bill SI didn’t know where to leave the uhaul truck and so I hope I left it in the right spot. I was charged extra miles from where I picked up the truck but I made a reservation at a closer stop. Also I believe I paid to fill the uhaul but it was only 3/4 full when I got it.
