The inside of the windshield was filthy. We requested a 26' and weren't told they only had a 20' available until the day before the move. Our options were only to travel farther to get the smaller truck. We also reserved a hand dolly which they didn't have upon our arrival. And we requested 36 furniture pads, but they only had 12, half of which were soaking wet and smelled like fuel. The employee made me feel like I was being unreasonable for wanting what was reserved and seemed put out that I was upset that our only options included additional travel to pick up the necessary equipment. This was in a very remote area so I understand the limit on availability, but that challenge also applies to our options for solutions when the items we reserved are not available.

Great service. Easy rental
Douglas BStopped by on our way to make sure what time they closed. The gal was really friendly. When we dropped off the vehicle, the owner greeted us outside and told us we were good to go. Simple, quick, and easy!
