The location was not open on time as stated in the booking and on the window of their door. The person in store was unable to help most of everything was done over a phone through links that did not even come to my phone eventually they said you might as well just go because my stuff isn't working.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location is convenient, pick up and drop off was quick. Two things though, while doing the pickup I was told to expect a text to scan the drivers license. That was fine. What I wasn’t told was that I’d get a text to take pictures of the van before we drive it. I didn’t get/see the text until long after we left and were on the road. If I was told, I would have watched for it and followed the instructions. Secondly this van was very dirty in the cabin, used Kleenex in the side pocket, spilt drinks in the bottle holder. Very unpleasant.
Yves Kclean truck, tires need to be balanced, stop endless texts emails asking for changes or upgrade, check was bad they just handed me thier phone and answered question. I had to load blankets into truck.
