I rented the 26 ft "one way"! Wanted to drop off the truck at D&M in Sullivan, MO. Johns printed off a drop off in Cuba, MO. I quizzed Johns NO, I'm moving to Sullivan, there's a U-Haul in Sullivan, MO. Johns said U-HAUL has me dropping off truck in Cuba (20 miles from Sullivan), I would have to call U-HAUL dispatching to get that changed. I phoned U-HAUL dispatch. Dispatch woman struggled with my request but finally switched drop off to Sullivan/D&M. Woman at D&M was rude when I dropped off the truck. She wasn't busy. Acted dump and disinterested.
