Clay RThe issue was not with the rental location itself but rather the fact that this was not the location I reserved to pickup from. I also was very dissatisfied with the local (206 area code) customer service number. The representative that "helped" me was rude, didn't listen, and kept speaking over me. I called back later and got much better service from the manager that was in that day. In the end its not this locations fault that I got yanked around a bunch the day before I was to pickup my reservation.
