Location was closed upon my arrival. I arrived just after 10AM and was there until 11:30AM. Store hours show that they open at 10AM and when I called the office it went straight to voicemail saying they were closed.

The closest drop off location to my destination at Burnaby Metrotown was either Richmond or Surrey , which is ridiculous considering there’suhauls everywhere. The location I booked was in Surrey close to Scott road skytrain but my location got moved AGAIN to way out in Surrey. This location was closed and the drop box for the unit was broken open so I had NO CHOICE but to leave the key freely. Then another customer came and said they’re picking up the unit but didn’t know how I told them they had to use the app and told them the key is there I was on a tight time schedule so didn’t have the time to deal w another procedural hold up due to U-Haul. It took an extra hour to pick up the unit and the drop off at this obscure location was ridiculous . I put air in the tires AGAIN bc by the time the unit arrived it was saying it was low. There needs to be more routine maintenance on the units and more so the pick up drop off locations as well as the APP!!! Mobile pick up and drop off is AWESOME, but it HAS TO WORK especially in these obscure locations where there’s no assistance. Or the costumer is essentially stranded!!?
Barbara NVery friendly and helpful at 64 th and king George. I thought I reserved at king George and 32 nd but was devesatated it was not available the day I was going to pick it up. Anyway it was nice and it easy. He even found my 💧 bottle. !!!! Thanks again Uhaul. You put the u in haul !!! Johncarlo

Sherin PThe guy who helped us was very informative and helpful. It was my first time renting a truck and I had a great experience. I had to return the truck after hours, but it was very easy since he took time to show me everything. He even showed me where to park if the parking lot was full just in case.
