The whole event was a nightmare. I had previously reserved one in Eugene and I got a call the day before we were to pick it up and was told there was nothing available so we had to revert to Sweet home. The cables on the back of the door broke and would not operate correctly. We had to end up driving the U-Haul empty with the back door open.

Very nice and helpful
Sandy PI'd recommend if the mileage showed correctly. My sister and I drove the exact same route, which was 6 miles, and I was charged for 9 miles. Can't argue with the odometer, but the Uhaul showed more mileage than what my sister's vehicle did for some odd reason. Not the facility's fault. It's the actual truck that I rented was off
diana jHave a sign that states app may not be compatible with older phones as I spent 20 minutes trying to get the app to work before giving up and just putting my key in the drop box. Thankfully they finished the return for me as I was worried it wouldn't get checked in on time.
