Better service closer to my home. I had to get a vehicle 5 hours of driving away from where we live. To top it off, we picked up the first vehicle and it broke down 2 hours later. Were told there was nothing else close in bigger centers and had to go back to the original location to pick up the next vehicle( not clean and empty of gas) had to put in 250.00 in gas just to get back on our way. Now we have to drive another 5 hours just to finally arrive to begin our loading. After loaded we have another 31/2 hour trip to our final destination. At least the lady checking us in in Saskatoon was very happy and friendly. Very helpful. Never rent from you again.

Cindy CCommunication with counter person was difficult. She wasn't helpful at all and not knowledgeable with the uhaul process. Maybe she was knew to the job.
Reynold KI went to get the rental car hauling trailer. I then realized I could not get the car to haul so I brought it back 4 hours later. I got charged for 4 days.
