U-Haul needs to equip its employees with the ability to give customers the vehicle that they book at the location. This needs to be dealt with beforehand. It is not the fault of the employee working at the location.

Manager is not onsite.
Ryan MApp did not work. Could not get the text code. Had to wait almost an hour for the manager to come in and do manual rental.
Daniel ABetter service closer to my home. I had to get a vehicle 5 hours of driving away from where we live. To top it off, we picked up the first vehicle and it broke down 2 hours later. Were told there was nothing else close in bigger centers and had to go back to the original location to pick up the next vehicle( not clean and empty of gas) had to put in 250.00 in gas just to get back on our way. Now we have to drive another 5 hours just to finally arrive to begin our loading. After loaded we have another 31/2 hour trip to our final destination. At least the lady checking us in in Saskatoon was very happy and friendly. Very helpful. Never rent from you again.
Herman FOnly question we have is whether spare tires should be available for trailers.
