How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe pick up location staff was great and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me after hours when customer service would not.
Stacey FU-Haul needs to equip its employees with the ability to give customers the vehicle that they book at the location. This needs to be dealt with beforehand. It is not the fault of the employee working at the location.
Allison SManager is not onsite.
Ryan MApp did not work. Could not get the text code. Had to wait almost an hour for the manager to come in and do manual rental.
