Not in a great part of Syracuse. Tyler our rep was great but I prefer many other Uhaul outlets I’ve rented from to this spot.
William DI would only recommend U Haul to Someone who is “not a friend” as it Was a very stressful experience during pickup and returning of the truck.
JOHN PThis location is AWFUL. The key-pickup lock box is on the side of a boarded-up building, surrounded by broken down vehicles and garbage. We were constantly harassed by panhandlers while we attempted to compete the steps required via the app (the app is also an awful experience). The trucks themselves are located in separate overgrown, vacant lot (again complete with abandoned vehicles and garbage) which is located on the opposite corner and required crossing 8 lanes of traffic.
Jon WPoor customer service. No one at the office. Blankets removed without my knowledge. Drove a 1/2 hour extra to pick up blankets from another location. It cost me gas, mileage and more importantly time. I've yet to receive my $50 credit
