No fault of the station, but the check-in process was a nightmare. I received a call as I was driving the truck asking if I was going to pick up the truck. I had to stop my move twice to upload pictures of my license. I received no copy of a contract, no instructions on how much gas to leave [thankfully I looked before I started], or any other information.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEmployee training was lacking. The process employee actually stated she did not know how to do the process. We were charged $45 insurance fee that we did not select in the reservation. We were also charged for an additional 17 miles that we did not use. The truck rental location was at a gas station, but the truck was not full of gas when we picked it up.
