Employee training was lacking. The process employee actually stated she did not know how to do the process. We were charged $45 insurance fee that we did not select in the reservation. We were also charged for an additional 17 miles that we did not use. The truck rental location was at a gas station, but the truck was not full of gas when we picked it up.
