Not charge for gas
Donald SF*ck#in rip off for 3 more gallons gas....I had it at the same spot that I received it and $20 for after hours fee...*ullsh*t!! Won;t be using you guys again. RIPOFFS
JAMES BCommunication was bad from original. I didn't know my pickup was changed till day before. Not where I was to drop it. They ended up ok but lack of knowing created stress
Dean DI ordered a hand truck, was supposed to be in the back of the truck, and you had to break a seal. No hand trucks, no one answered the local number, and had to wait to return truck and speak with Uhaul customer service. It’s better with a live person at the location. Every place is going virtual or online and you can’t replace people! Would have been nice to have the hand truck for my move.
