I had no problem picking up my order, the issue was finding a location to return it to. I had made the reservation online, but when I arrived, the dispatcher cancelled it, making it a RT to Tempe. When i got to KC, I spent 90 minutes on hold and getting the general run-around. Finally, I got a destination and returned it that morning.

Leslie HI just used 2 miles and added about 0.8gallons of fuel which is more than enough for the 2 miles I used but I was charged for the fuel which I didnt like and it was very very bad experience for me
