This location is wonderful! Everything is clean and organized and the staff is so helpful. When I came for my rental, the Uhaul app stopped working midway through. I went inside to find I wasn’t the only one - but the man working inside this hot area was still so friendly and called Uhaul to complete our reservations one by one. His smile and customer service never left despite the long line and extra time it was taking each rental. He was fabulous and I will be back here should I need to rent again.

The Prescotts Laundry's location was excellent. Pickup was easy, everything was ready on time. Had some issues with the dropoff but that had with the uhaul app and not with the location.
Langue RMy experience with U-Haul was extremely frustrating from start to finish. I arrived at 5:26 PM on 07/30 to pick up my truck, but I wasn’t able to get it until 5:53 PM. The biggest issue was that I was never informed ahead of time that I would need two people to verify my identity. Had I known this in advance, I could have had everything ready before arriving. Instead, it unnecessarily delayed the pickup process. To make matters worse, this all happened in 115° heat, so standing outside waiting for the verification process to be completed was far from ideal. Unfortunately, the return process was just as bad. It took me 15–20 minutes to return the truck because the U-Haul app repeatedly crashed and displayed an “Internal Error” message. I had to keep reopening the app and retrying multiple times just to complete the return. Overall, what should have been a quick and convenient rental turned into a stressful, time-consuming experience. Better communication about the verification requirements and a more reliable app would have made a huge difference.

ALONSO QTruck is dirty, front and back. Definitely will not rent from that location. The gentleman that helped me check out was nice.
