Return was very easy
Stephanie GEveryone at the location was friendly and polite. I will definitely use them again when I need a UHaul.
Chris CUhaul had my drop off location blocked/wrong on the app so I had to call. The person I talked to was helpful but it took a long time to drop off. I just have to say that even though it worked out the overall experience was quite stressful. I had a reservation - got emails confirming all of it. Waiting on a call Friday to discuss pickup and never got one. I hthe Uhaul 800 number at 4:00pm and they said they were behind and I will get a call by 8:00pm. Called again at 6:00pm because something seemed 'off' and they informed me the pickup place was closed down????? Fine....but why didn't they inform me of this earlier???? Thankfully we could pick up in Vincennes...but had to drive 2 hours that we weren't planning on and get the uhaul back home on our dime for gas money. THEN we got charged overages on the uhaul for $17.00??? The uhaul rep was supposed to add milage to our account since it was uhauls fault that no communication was ever given. Stressful.
