Trailer wiring harness was hanging down, unnoticed at pickup yet discovered 4 miles later. I zip tied to trailer to keep it from being dragged or damaged. Tried to post pictures of this to U-Haul app when discovered, but it would not accept photos. Returned trailer clean, but was charged a $15 cleaning fee anyway, no reason or justification given.
