I ordered a 10 foot truck and it was not avaliable so I was offered a 15 foot truck for the same price just to be charged almost double in kms/milage which was never advised until I recieve the reciept. Not a very honest service. If a truck is not available and you are being offered a different truck please ensure you tell the customer it is not the same price before they have an unexpected bill of a larger amount.

DOUGLAS LThe gentleman at the desk was very kind and polite. All the necessary paper work was done quickly. Its a bit remote area and industrial area but definitely worth it.
YOGESH MWe were told at pickup that it would be cheaper to return the truck to the same location that we picked it up. When we did so, we got a call a day later from Uhaul that we hadn't returned our truck and that St. Catharines was waiting for it. We thought we were taking the cheaper option and when the final bill came through, we were charged an extra day for the rental even though we dropped it off on the Friday as planned.
