Vehicle was not available for pick up at our booked time. Owner of Tempest Auto did call U-Haul customer service, I was supposed to be credited $50 but never received it. We picked the van 4 hours late. Disappointed that U-Haul did not follow through even though we have rented trucks several times after this.

I ordered a 10 foot truck and it was not avaliable so I was offered a 15 foot truck for the same price just to be charged almost double in kms/milage which was never advised until I recieve the reciept. Not a very honest service. If a truck is not available and you are being offered a different truck please ensure you tell the customer it is not the same price before they have an unexpected bill of a larger amount.
