The ladies working in the office were so helpful, nice, and organized.
William EWe did the virtual check in with the app and there are way too many holes with that system. We were there 2.5 hours just trying to get someone on the phone to figure out why it wouldn’t work. We had to call customer service and sit on hold several times and try to get different people because no one knew how to help us. Finally the fourth and fifth person knew how to walk us through going through the website and figuring out how to get the check in system to work. U-Haul isn’t equipped to do this system yet. It was an awful experience.
