NABEEL MMy experience with the U-Haul truck itself was good. However, my experience with one of the moving-help companies listed through U-Haul, MovingSquad, was extremely disappointing. MovingSquad was very unprofessional, and I felt that their pricing was misleading. The price displayed on the U-Haul website was significantly lower than the amount they ultimately tried to charge me. After I made the booking, they introduced several additional rules and conditions that increased the price. When I questioned them about the price difference, I spent almost 30 minutes arguing with them, but they were unwilling to listen or provide a reasonable explanation. Since it was already only about two hours before my scheduled moving time, I felt I had no practical choice and agreed to pay the additional amount. However, after some time, they simply cancelled my booking, claiming that their mover had been injured. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Based on what happened, I felt that the low price shown initially was misleading: after the booking was made, additional conditions were used to increase the price, and then the booking was cancelled at the last minute. I had a very good experience with the U-Haul truck, but I strongly recommend being very careful when booking MovingSquad for moving help.
